This is the inaugural release of the ‘Reserve’ Blanc de Blancs. Hand made in the traditional sparkling method, the Reserve fermented and aged in bottle for 35 months (3 years).

With extended aging in bottle, this wine has enjoyed the luxury of time : developing enhanced toasty notes of grilled citrus & butter biscuit with a smooth, precise finish.
