Crafted in the traditional method, this sparkling wine carried out fermentation and aging in bottle for 26 months.

This Brut Cuvée is a blend of 60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay from Cebada Vineyards in Santa Barbara County.

Aromas of toasted pinenuts, crushed flowers and pretty red fruits on the nose. Layers of stone fruits and lemon preserves line the palate.
